Do I need a fire risk assessment?  It is now a legal requirement under the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005 that ALL businesses no matter how big or small MUST have a written fire risk assessment. Failure to comply with the Order could result in unlimited fines and even imprisonment
